About

“Training programs for doctors should not leave them more confused. They should give doctors clarity, exposure, guidance, and the confidence to practice responsibly and independently.”

She is an ENT and Head & Neck surgeon with over a decade of experience in rhinoplasty, facial aesthetic surgery, and non-surgical aesthetic medicine. Her clinical practice is focused on facial plastic surgery, including rhinoplasty, septoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelift surgery, fat grafting, facial implants, and aesthetic injectables.

Dr. Shubha completed her schooling at All Saints’ College, Nainital, and Welham Girls’ School, Dehradun. She received her MBBS from Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Indore, and completed her DNB in ENT from Jaipur Golden Hospital, New Delhi.

Her early surgical training was shaped under the mentorship of Dr. Brajendra Baser at Akash Hospital, Indore, where she refined her work in rhinoplasty, functional nasal surgery, facial aesthetic surgery, reconstruction, and related head and neck procedures.

She later completed a Surgical Fellowship in Functional and Aesthetic Rhinoplasty under Dr. Ignazio Tasca at Imola Hospital Santa Maria della Scaletta, Italy. She also trained under Dr. Lokesh Kumar, whose disciplined surgical approach further influenced her understanding of rhinoplasty and aesthetic surgery.

Dr. Shubha currently serves as Board and Executive Committee Member of the Pan Asia Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (PAAFPRS), Executive Committee Member of the Rhinoplasty Society of India (RSI), and the Indian Society of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ISFPRS).

She has led multiple national and international training programs in rhinoplasty, facial aesthetic surgery, and aesthetic medicine, including the RIAMS International Rhinoplasty Intensive Course and the Global Aesthetic Medicine Workshop. She has also served as Organising Secretary and Faculty for major facial plastic surgery meetings, including the Pan Asia Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Annual Conferences in New Delhi and Jeddah.

Her academic work is centred on rhinoplasty education, facial aesthetic surgery training, aesthetic medicine, and the development of structured learning platforms for doctors entering aesthetic practice. She has also contributed a chapter on non-surgical rhinoplasty in Dr. Brajendra Baser’s book.

Through RIAMS, Dr. Shubha continues to build a doctor-only academic platform dedicated to clinical training, ethical practice, global faculty access, and long-term professional learning in aesthetic medicine and surgery.
